William Rugg

William M. Rugg, age 65, of Kendallville, IN passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 14, 2017. He was born on April 18, 1953, the son of Glenn and Daisy (Shroyer) Rugg in Fayette County, PA.

He is survived by his sisters; Freda (Terry) Davis of Hudson, IN, and Ruth Holland of Toledo, OH.

William was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Russell Rugg, Melvin Rugg, and Joe Rugg.

William was a man of few words. He served his country in the United States Army from 1971-1972.   He enjoyed anything and everything to do with the outdoors especially if the day ended around a campfire.  In his earlier years, William really liked to play pool.  Mingling with his family and friends is what he liked best.  He was loved dearly and will be missed by his family.

A cremation committal will take place at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center.
