Shayne Browning

Shayne Earl Browning, 51, of Mill Valley, California died unexpectedly on December 12, 2023 in Fort Wayne, IN. He was a graduate of Homestead High School, Fort Wayne, IN Class of 1990.

Shayne was preceded in death by his father, William (Bill) Browning, Jr. He is survived by his mother Leona (Edison) Browning (Fort Wayne, IN), sister Shannon (Tim) Huguenard (Auburn, IN), brother Shawn (Holly) Browning (Fort Wayne, IN), nephews Jesse Browning (Bloomington, IN) and Kelsey Browning (Fort Wayne, IN), nieces Melody Browning (New York, NY), Riley Browning (Fort Wayne, IN) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.

Shayne will be buried at Sparta Cemetery, 2687 U.S. 33, Kimmel, IN beside his father with a gravesite service on Wednesday, December 27th 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Shayne lived in California for the past 30 years. He skateboarded, snowboarded, mountain biked, and was self-employed as a home finishing carpenter. He was a very talented builder, who designed and built furniture as well as being a visual artist. Everyone who knew him realized he was one of the funniest people you were likely to meet. Shayne was a lifetime Star Wars, James Bond, and Godzilla fan who was known to send family and friends humorous Star Wars related texts and memes.
