Louise E. Kirkpatrick

Louise E. Kirkpatrick, age 74, of Mongo passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023 at Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville. She was born on February 7, 1949 in Wolf Lake to Roger Eamick & Marceil (Deck) Foote. On September 10, 1966 she married Dick L. Kirkpatrick Sr.

Mrs. Kirkpatrick worked for Hooks drugstore in Churubusco for many years. After that she was a stay at home mom to her family and anyone else who needed her. Louise absolutely adored her grandchildren and was the best grandma. She truly loved everyone who walked through her door and was always willing to help and care for others.

Louise is survived by her husband, Dick of Mongo; her children, Dicky Kirkpatrick of Wolcottville, Sherry (Dan) Burlew of Mongo, Josh (Lori) Kirkpatrick of Ligonier; grandchildren, Jessica, Dillon, Jennifer, Jamie, Dusty, Chyanne, Dakota, Hailey, and Audrey; great grandchildren, Eden, Ivy Jo, Christiana, Khristian, Kaidyn, Noah, Adilena, Dawson, Keaton, Kashton, Bellatrix; a brother, Dean (Rita) Eamick of AZ; a sister-in-law, Louise Ann Eamick of AZ; a niece, Brandy McCullough of LaGrange; and a nephew, Joe Kuehner of McClure, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Clara Hope Kuehner; and a brother, Tony Eamick.

Friends and family are invited to a celebration of life in Louise’s honor on Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 12-7 PM at the Mongo Fire Department, 3155 N. State Road 3, Mongo, IN 46771.
