Jake Schwartz, age 87, of Middlebury, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, January, 8, 2025 at home. He was born on March 23, 1937 in Spartansburg, Pennsylvania to Jacob & Nancy (Hochstetler) Schwartz.

Cremation will take place with the Legacy Cremation and Remembrance Center in Ligonier, Indiana.
