Glen Lewis O'Dell

Glen Lewis O’Dell, age 71, of Shipshewana, IN passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN.  He was born on February 8, 1950 the son of Ransom O’Dell and Myrtle (Fetch) Harter in Vicksburg, MI.

Glen attended Sturgis High School and retired from Sturgis Foundry after many years of service. He was an avid reader and loved his cats.

He is survived by four siblings, Mary Snyder of Coldwater, MI, Jim (Debbie) O’Dell of White Pigeon, MI, Joy (Lloyd) Curtis of Petroleum, IN, and Vickie (Jerry) Scott of Shipshewana, IN; along several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of Glen’s life will be held in the summer of 2022.

A cremation committal will take place at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center in Ligonier.
