Clarence "Gus" Ash

Clarence Agustus “Gus" Ash, age 67, of Goshen, IN passed away on Sunday morning, November 15, 2020. He was born on March 4, 1953 the son of Charles Edward and Silvia (Blevins) Ash in Cleveland, OH. On November 15, 1974 he married Peggy Clark in Elkhart, IN.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Peggy Ash of Goshen, IN; two sons, Corey Ash of Elkhart and Chad (Kassandra Sweitzer) Ash of Goshen, IN; two sisters, Carol Ash of Goshen, IN and Brenda Ash of West Virginia; along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Charles “Chucky” Ash.

Gus worked at several local factories over the years included Forest River, Timber Wolf, and Cargo Trailers. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and a good game of poker.
